Aquaviv is not responsible for disputes between professionals and customers.
Bookings and Cancellations
Appointment availability is controlled by the professional.
Customers may only reschedule appointments according to the professional’s configured booking policies.
Professionals may cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary.
Availability
We aim to maintain reliable platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Temporary outages, maintenance, or third-party failures may occur.
Limitation of Liability
Aquaviv is provided on an “as is” basis.
We are not liable for:
- missed appointments
- loss of business
- scheduling conflicts
- indirect or consequential damages
- third-party service failures
Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services including:
- Google Calendar
- email providers
- hosting providers
We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or failures.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these terms
- misuse the platform
- create security risks
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
